Original Oil Paintings,
Watercolors & Prints
Tom Bennett is a long-time resident of Southwestern Wisconsin. He is a
graduate of the University of Wisconsin fine art program with many works in
watercolor, oils and some wood sculpture. The works reflect the real world
of rural SW Wisconsin and are mostly comprised of landscapes and portraits.
Commission works are considered on a case-by-case basis as time permits
(watercolor paintings only).

Each print will be hand-signed and matted and available in various sizes.

The first, which was larger, had a small "blemish" and was given away as a gift. This one is a "remake"---painted from a photograph in National Geographic magazine. Bagley Avenue Description: Original Watercolor Painting, 29" Wide x 22" High, Painted in 2006. This painting is in response to confusion generated by another Bagley painting by another artist. The previous painting depicted a Bagley of around 100 years ago---and many people couldn't identify the buildings or perspective. This one shows the village as looks today--looking north from a vantage point in front of the lot where the artist lived for 25 years.
